Drawing upon his background in the financial industry, Jake Ponsler brings a high level of competency to every interaction with his real estate customers. He strives to understand and anticipate the needs of both his buyers and sellers and then continually exceeds their expectations

Originally from Indianapolis, Jake is a graduate of the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. An entrepreneur at heart, he founded and developed an early CBD skincare company while in college, and later co-built an online e-commerce platform that serviced both domestic and international sales. Additionally, Jake developed digital marketing campaigns that targeted specific customer demographics across a variety of platforms. Prior to his career in real estate, Jake worked as a financial consultant for the Chicago office of Deloitte before relocating to Naples and becoming a licensed Florida Broker.

Jake has spent the past several years building a rental portfolio of single-family homes in Naples Park, actively working with builders and participating in the design and development process. In addition to his expertise with new construction, Jake is also an investment property specialist. Jake works alongside his brother, Keith Ponsler, to accomplish the single goal of satisfying their customers' every need. Blending their combined business and real estate experiences with their financial backgrounds gives the brothers a unique insight into market and investment analysis.

When he's not working with customers, Jake loves traveling to new places, playing tennis, golf, pickleball, and the guitar.

Keith Ponsler is an energetic self-starter with a background in the financial and business industries. As a trusted real estate advisor, he is committed to assisting buyers and sellers in making the best decisions possible by providing them with his vast knowledge, honesty, and dedication.

Born and raised in Indianapolis, Keith graduated with distinction from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University with a focus in finance, real estate, and international business. Before diving head first into Florida real estate, Keith was an analyst in real estate capital markets at Mesirow Financial in Chicago. Additionally, he worked as a financial consultant at VMG Health in Nashville in the business valuation and transaction advisory group.

Keith's real estate career began alongside his brother, Jake, as they built a rental portfolio of single-family homes in Naples Park, working with builders and participating in the design and development process. Blending their combined business and real estate experiences with their financial backgrounds gives the brothers a unique insight into market and investment analysis as they work together to satisfy their customers' every need.

In his downtime, Keith enjoys playing golf, basketball, and pickleball, as well as scuba diving in Florida's many beautiful waterways.
